Refunds are available only for devices and consumables directly purchased from SpotSense within 60 days of the original purchase date. Eligibility for a refund depends on:

Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date.
Requests outside this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Processing

SpotSense may offer free trials to new or corporate customers. If a trial device is not returned within 10 days after the trial period expires, it will be considered purchased, and the customer will be invoiced accordingly.

Refunds are not applicable for:
Consumables that have been partially or fully used.
Custom-made or private labeled devices or consumables.
Items explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
